Biases in training data may cause some employee groups to be unfairly evaluated. Organisations using AI-powered performance management tools must guarantee equity and openness.

ReplyDeleteAgreed. Typical performance review done by a manager or immediate supervisor takes human instincts and judgement for the evaluation. However, usage of AI in performance management can mitigate these human errors and provide quick and objective performance evaluation for each employee even in a crowded organization (Davenport & Harris, 2017).
