Understanding Ethical Considerations of AI for HR.

If not, if the data used in past biases or discrimination, the AI models will memorize and repeat the same issues. Rodgers et al. 2023 stated that combined with human intervention, AI applications can spearhead unbiased recruitment, merits, promotions, and quality hiring.

By instilling these principles into HR AI applications, organizations can create a culture of ethical AI and reduce the risk of ethical failures. (Landrum, 2023)
